SLO/SLA Calc Privacy Policy

SLO/SLA Calc is designed as a local-first availability calculator.

Data Collection

SLO/SLA Calc does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal information. The app does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.

Calculations and Saved Designs

Availability inputs, Device defaults, Mission Reliability assumptions, downtime lookups, SLO calculations, saved Blocks, and Systems are processed on the device. Saved designs and settings are stored locally using app storage and are used only to provide the app's calculations, design library, simulations, and reports.

Network Activity

SLO/SLA Calc does not require an account and does not automatically send calculations, saved Blocks, Systems, reports, or app usage data to a server.

Exports and Sharing

PDF reports and editable .slosla System files are generated on the device. They leave the app only when you choose to export, share, or open them through Files, Mail, Messages, AirDrop, cloud storage, or another compatible app. The selected destination's privacy and retention policies apply after the file is transferred.

Support Email

If you contact support by email, the information you choose to include in that email will be used only to respond to your request. Support email is handled outside the app by your email provider and the support mailbox.

Data Deletion

You can delete saved Blocks and Systems inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes the app's local saved data from that device. It does not delete reports or .slosla files you previously exported to another location.
