SLO/SLA Calc Privacy Policy

SLO/SLA Calc is designed as a local-first availability calculator.

Data Collection

SLO/SLA Calc does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal information. The app does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.

Calculations and Saved Scenarios

Availability inputs, downtime lookups, SLO calculations, and saved scenarios are processed on the device. Saved scenarios are stored locally on the device using app storage and are used only to show saved systems inside the app.

Network Activity

SLO/SLA Calc does not require an account and does not send calculations, saved scenarios, or app usage data to a server.

Support Email

If you contact support by email, the information you choose to include in that email will be used only to respond to your request. Support email is handled outside the app by your email provider and the support mailbox.

Data Deletion

You can delete saved scenarios inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes the app's local saved data from that device.
